sickly sunglasses wearing kid is one of two special trinkets that you can currently obtain in Baubles.
To obtain him, you must do the following:
1. When you enter the park, you will find him sitting on one of the benches. Talk to him.
2. Go back to your house (or reset), and he will be at your door.
Appearance
It's a green sphere with a rather large face, sporting some black sunglasses and sticking out his tongue.
